✨ Penobscot Island Air Flight School is celebrating our ONE YEAR anniversary! ✨
The beginning of 2022 was the start of Penobscot Island Air Flight School — beginning with only one student and one part-time instructor utilizing a Cessna 172. During the Spring of 2022, the school grew to 4 part-time instructors and over 20 students requiring the flight school to begin a waiting list. Now, just one year later, the flight school has a steady 18 students, 1 fulltime instructor, 4 part time instructors, and 2 planes! Flight School is now under the direction of Chris Carroll. (Chris, Steve and Scott are also PIA line pilots; and Jonathan and Alex are instructors!) 🛩️
We welcome new students for Private Pilot, Instrument, Commercial, Certified Flight Instructor, and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument training. 📚 In addition to pilot certification training, we offer flight reviews, rusty pilot training, and instrument proficiency checks. The flight school is covered by an instructor 7 days a week and we work with YOUR schedule!
